Prenatal Vitamins

Your body needs more of certain vitamins and minerals during pregnancy. For example, your iron and folic acid needs increase during pregnancy. 

A prenatal multivitamin can help ensure that you're meeting those increased needs.  The following list has a few examples of prenatal vitamins that I would recommend taking a closer look at.

NOTE: If you're opting for a gummy prenatal vitamin, please know that they DO NOT contain iron.  Talk to your healthcare provider to see if that's the right choice for you.  They also have carbs, so make sure to account for those too.
